About us

Desir Mode is an online fashion retail shop co-owned by the NG sisters: Kristy Ng and Ashley. Kristy and Ashley have been in this line for the past 5-7 yrs, selling free sized and plus sized ladies apparels. Now we are ganging up to bring all the ladies an affordable, stylish and trendy series of apparels and a small exclusive corner designed and manufactured by Ashley:)

Our aim for the near future is to design and manufacture our own line of Desir Mode Fashion Wear. Thank you all for all your support and enjoy your shopping experience with Desir Mode!

Our products
- All our items are INSTOCKS
- Items are specially handpicked or designed and manufactured by us
- We'll be launching a new collection on a weekly basis
- We are proud to introduce limited edition apparels tailored by Ashley which comes in only 1 pc per design.
- Our designs are also available in ebay:

Payment modes accepted
- Paypal
- Atm or Ibanking transfer (DBS/POSB/OCBC/UOB)
- Cash (self collection)
- TT (overseas buyers)

Shipping and collection mode
- Singpost normal mail (estimated 2-3 working days)
- Singpost registered mail (estimated 3-4 working days)*
- Courier (estimated 1-2 working days)**
- Self collection (Jurong/Yishun)
- Strictly no meetups due to busy schedule
*Free courier shipping for a single purchase of at least S$100, applicable to local buyers only
- Overseas buyer please contact us for the available shipping options, the estimated fee and delivery time required
**Registered mail is recommended as we cannot be responsible for missing normal mails

Returns and exchanges
- Exchanges are only valid in the unfortunate case of receiving a defective item*
- Measurements are provided for your references thus we do not accept exchanges due to wrong size purchased
- We'll perform a 1-1 exchange of the same item, unless in the case of insufficient stock, buyer can exchange to another same priced design
- Credit note will be given for the postage costs incurred to send the defective item back to us
- Strictly no refunds will be accepted
- Kindly email us at desirmode@gmail.com within 7 days from the day of parcel shipped from our end with the following:
(1) Name
(2) Contact no
(3) Email address
(4) Product code
(5) Color and or size applicable
(6) Descriptions of defects
(7) Pictures of defects
- Defective item must reach us within 14 days from the day of parcel shipped from our end
- Strictly no exchanges will be allowed if exceeded the above mentioned duration given
*Item is only deemed defective if in the case of tears or unwashable stains bigger than 2cm in diameter
